During the first week of July Stig participated in legendary freediver Umberto Pelizzari’s freediving course. People from all over the world had flocked to beautiful Sardinia in Italy where Umberto’s Apnea Academy Diving Centre is located. A fantastic course!

Stig set his first official freediving record, diving 45 meters into the dark and chilly Baltic Sea. The dive was done during the first Danish Freediving Championship which took place on the beautiful Danishrocky island of Bornholm.

In beautiful Costa Brava just North of Barcelona, Stig managed for the first time to dive deeper than 40 meters in training. This will make him ready for the Danish Championship later in the Summer.
