The more you share your breath hold times, experiences and encourage others with their breath holds, the more points you get.
The points help you unlock levels in the leaderboard which unlock special benefits, including access to breathwork courses (including those that are normally paid!).
Plus – it is a challenge to see if you can reach all the way to the last level (and believe us – this is not easy!)
